Privacy

Privacy, in plain English.

This notice explains what happens to personal information you send through the MinuteShift website.

Who is responsible

Data controller: [LEGAL COMPANY NAME], trading as MinuteShift. The formal legal entity name, company number and registered office are awaiting confirmation.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, company, email address, optional phone number and the process description you provide. Our hosting provider may also keep standard technical and security logs, such as request times, IP addresses, browser or device information and pages requested.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to understand your process, reply to you, discuss possible work and maintain appropriate business records. Technical logs are used to deliver, protect and troubleshoot the website.

Our lawful basis

We rely on legitimate interests to respond to genuine business enquiries and operate a secure website. Where you ask us to take steps before entering into a contract, we also process the information needed to do that.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only while it is useful for responding to you, pursuing or maintaining a business relationship, and meeting legal, accounting or dispute-resolution needs. Enquiries that do not lead to work are reviewed and deleted when there is no longer a reasonable business need to keep them. Hosting and email providers keep their own operational logs under their retention policies.

Service providers

Hostinger hosts the website and may process technical request and security log data. Resend delivers contact-form messages and confirmation emails. These providers process information to supply their services to MinuteShift. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising profiles.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use advertising cookies or behavioural analytics.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information; restrict or object to its use; and receive a portable copy in some circumstances. These rights are not absolute and depend on the situation.

Questions or complaints

To exercise a right or ask about your information, email hello@minuteshift.co.uk. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office through its data protection complaints service.
